At TAP we want everyone to get along and embrace their differences. Having a team who has vetted their own biases and made a commitment to appreciating everyone - as they are - leads to better office and customer relations.
During our one day experiential seminar, participants will learn about the personal lens they enjoy seeing life through and about the lens those around them enjoy using. They will be gently and safely introduced to their own biases and allowed the opportunity to examine why they think what they think. They will hear from others and have the opportunity to share their own experiences.
Finally, participants will be given actionable and practical strategies they can use to create a more cohesive workplace.
