Teach MBA students skill sets in creating both the personal and professional relationships they need to further their careers. EI focuses on the 4 domains of emotional intelligence while ACOC focuses on how to create an overall culture that employees feel brings out their best in the work place .

Robertson Scholars Leadership Program
Led first-year Robertson Scholars through a self-development workshop. Students received a personality assessment (MBTI) and then engaged in a hands-on experiential learning activities to explore how their personality preferences expressed themselves in a group setting.
